10 of the Worst Movie Remake Fails

Some movies are so good, it's hard to believe that a sequel or reboot could get any better. Unfortunately, some movie studios make an attempt with remakes and often fail miserably to capture the magic of the original film. From good movies turned bad to bad movies that were made even worse, scroll ahead for 10 of the worst film remakes in history.

"Cabin Fever" (2016)

This nearly shot-to-shot remake was released just 14 years after the original. While the 2002 version is considered by many to be a cult classic, the 2016 version just seems unnecessary.

Instead of providing a fresh take on the 1990 original, the "Flatliners" remake was a disappointment for many. This uninspired, uninteresting remake flatlined with viewers and critics alike.
