Dr. Dre's Los Angeles mansion features a 250-gallon fish tank in the living room and a movie theater room that might be best described as a “red room” (You'll understand what we mean when you see it).
Dre bought the property in 1999, around the same time that he was releasing his second studio album, “2001.” At the time, Dre's most profitable business ventures were still ahead of him. He’s since acquired at least one much larger property in the Los Angeles area. However, he held on to this one until 2019, when he put it on the market for roughly $5 million.
A view of the manor as you approach from the driveway. From the look of it, the garage can fit at least four Range Rovers.
The 250-gallon fish tank in the living room must have been quite the conversation starter during social gatherings.
We're not sure why Dre chose a theme of “red” for the movie room, but we're not ones to question the style choices of the hip-hop visionary.
The pool looks as if it’s straight out of a 1990s movie scene depicting a Hollywood party.
Of course, there's a wet bar on the premises.
